A Typical Ireland Itinerary

Day One

We leave Edinburgh and head for the port of Troon where we catch our ferry over to the Emerald Isle! Walk on the spectacular rock formations of the Giants Causeway and dare to cross the Carrick-a-rede rope bridge before ending the day with a well deserved pint in one of Portstewart’s traditional pubs.

Day Two

We start the day with a tour of historic walled city of (London)Derry, storm an ancient hill fort, and test your head for heights at Europe’s highest sea cliffs. We round off the day with a group BBQ (weather permitting!) followed by a session of traditional music in Donegal town.

Day Three

We head towards Dublin passing through the beautiful Enniskillin and the famous Kells. We arrive in Dublin in the afternoon where we will let you loose to visit those ‘must see’ attractions including the Guinness brewery, Kilmainham jail and of the lively Temple Bar.

Day Four

The morning is yours to explore more of Dublin. We’ll head north stopping off at Drogheda where you can see Oliver Plunket’s severed head – yes a real head! Then onwards to Belfast for a city tour including the murals along the Republican Falls Road and Unionist West Belfast, before crossing the Irish Sea and heading back to Edinburgh.
