Lochbuie Guest House – Isle of Skye
A private guest house in the small fishing town of Kyleakin on the Isle of Skye. This 28 bed bunkhouse is reserved exclusively for MacBackpackers Tour guests and each tour spends a minimum of 1 night here.
Facilities
Lochbuie is our privately owned guest house and is set up to give our tour guests a comfortable, warm and cheap place to stay.
The building consists of 28 beds, a full kitchen, good strong showers, multiple bathrooms, a comfortable lounge and fireplace.
This is the heart of our tours and where so many friendships are made, so make sure you get to spend an evening here with your tour mates.
The town
Lochbuie is located in the small town of Kyleakin on the Isle of Skye. You’ll find a great few pubs in the area, a wonderful Indian restuarant and some incredible views of the Skye Bridge at sunset. If you get the timing right you can even explore the nearby Castle Moil at low tide.
